Terms of Use
1. About these terms
These terms govern use of the Mwalabila Attorneys marketing website, DIY document tools, and AI orientation features. They are not an engagement letter. A separate mandate or engagement agreement applies when you instruct an advocate.
2. No attorney–client relationship from browsing
Visiting this site, using AI ask, or generating a DIY draft does not create an attorney–client relationship, does not waive conflicts checks, and does not guarantee representation. Confidentiality for open client matters is governed by professional rules once engagement is accepted.
3. Not legal advice
Website content and AI replies are general information for Tanzania / East Africa contexts. They are not advice for your specific facts. Laws change; confirm with a licensed advocate before relying on any draft or summary.
4. DIY documents
Document interviews produce drafts for your review. You are responsible for the accuracy of facts you enter. Firm review, sealing, or filing is available only when offered and paid for under separate terms.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site (spam, scraping, unlawful content, attempts to breach security, or impersonation). We may suspend access that harms the service or other users.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Tanzanian law, Mwalabila Attorneys is not liable for decisions you make solely on website or AI content without a formal engagement. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be limited by law (including fraud).
7. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes about website use are subject to Tanzanian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or professional rules.
